The Story
After many years of trying, Bill 'Lucky' Balls' numbers have come up & he has won £2.6 m on the national lottery. In order to celebrate his win Bill has invited you all to a party @ the hotel for the formal presentation of the cheque.
Bill, owner of the local supermarket, has invited his family & friends to the 'do' but all is not sweetness & light. Also present is Bills wife Bernice. For many years Bill has put his wife down, not allowing her to follow her own ideas. She sees the win as another chance at freedom. Surely the money will change Bill.....for the better!
Also present is Ivor Grudge. Having once saved Bill's life he has worked for Bill in the supermarket for more years than he cares to remember, surely he could do better than that.
Ivor's fiancée, Plenty O' Blusher is with him at the party. She is a checkout operator at the supermarket & fancies Bill, perhaps even more since the win on the lottery.
Finally we have Seymour Shelves. Seymour is a shelf stacker at the supermarket. He seems to see rather a lot of Bill socially but does not seem to be able to progress further within the supermarket.
At last the time arrives. The handing over of the cheque. Unfortunately, before the ceremony can be completed a death occurs & it will be up to all of you to interrogate the suspects & hopefully solve the crime before any more deaths occur.
